Our Pehla Kadam is an idea that has to address the employability issue with the fresh graduates looking for the first career break.
In today Market scenario as economy is growing the need of the trained manpower is increasing. The gap between the fresh graduates coming out of college and the Industry requirements skills is high. We intend to bridge the gap by assessing the candidate skill level and bridging the gap through Industry Oriented Training Programs.
At eFuture, we offer the candidates various Training options to make them employable in IT, ITES, Retail, Manufacturing and Other functional areas like HR, Recruitment and Staffing. We help them get suitable jobs like Trainee Software Engineers, Interns, Customer Service, Technical Support Executives, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounts etc.
eFuture intends to work for the target population (Rural, Urban and Middle-class in Towns and Cities) in building firmly linked corporate driven employment programs at primarily Tier-2 and 3 Towns and Long-term at district levels. Provide all these services at the student’s doorstep through a network of Career centres in the long run.
Our Fresher’s Training & Placement Process are:
Step 1: Candidates Apply for the respective Career/ Training Options
Step 2: Aspiring Fresher’s take our Skill Test on the scheduled days
Skill Test – Cost Rs.*/- Only (* Conditions apply)
Call/ Email – to register and take the venue & time details
Step 3: Candidate selected go through another round of Advanced Test and Interview Process based on client aggregated requirements
Step 4: Shortlisted Candidates are offered to join the Training Program with Assured Placement along with the Fee & Timeline details
Step 5: Final Shortlisted Candidates Pay the 1st Instalment of the Training Fees to block the seats
Step 6: Training Program starts
Step 7: Mid-Term, Periodic Reviews & Final Assessment of the Students
